Wynonna Judd talks about her “healing” experience continuing to tour after Naomi Judd’s death

“I continue to do it. I feel stronger than ever and I’m so grateful. I am so grateful that my daughter was so willing to come on tour. She’s the reason I’ve been able to get a lot of the material that I’ve wanted to be a part of,” Judd said in a new interview from her home.

With the help of several close friends of her daughter, Wynonna Judd, Wynonna will be doing her final shows ahead of the release of “This Land.” The album will be released Nov. 17 and Judd is set to play shows this weekend to support the album. The first dates include four shows in New York City Nov. 15-19.

“As a singer and a songwriter, I’ve grown to be the person I am in the space that I’m in with this project,” Judd said in a new interview from her home in Los Angeles.

Naomi Judd’s death from cancer caused the hiatus of Judd’s career. It also forced her to make some uncomfortable decisions, she said in another interview with The Post and Courier of Charleston, West Virginia.
